Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ASGRID (asgrid.com), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ASGRID after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of your agency or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

What ASGRID is

ASGRID is an AI-powered content generation tool. You submit briefs, instructions, and creative directions; our system processes them through machine learning models and returns generated copy, decks, scripts, and similar outputs.

ASGRID is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice; a replacement for human creative teams or strategy; guaranteed to produce publication-ready output; or responsible for compliance with client contracts, brand guidelines, or laws you must follow. Output quality depends on input quality. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing.

Your content and intellectual property

You own what you create. You retain full ownership of the briefs you submit and the outputs you generate through ASGRID. You grant us a limited license to process your briefs through our systems and store them temporarily to provide the service.

You are responsible for rights and permissions. If you submit client briefs, you represent that you have the right to submit them to ASGRID. You must ensure that your use of generated content complies with your client contracts, brand guidelines, and all applicable laws.

We own the platform. ASGRID owns all intellectual property in the platform itself, including the user interface, underlying technology, and model configurations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ASGRID to generate illegal content or content that violates any law
  • Generate spam, phishing, or deceptive content
  • Generate content designed to infringe third-party intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
  • Resell or redistribute ASGRID’s services or outputs as a standalone product
  • Use the service in a way that interrupts availability for other users
  • Violate the privacy or rights of any person

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or biases. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, suitable for your purposes, or free of defects. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. ASGRID assumes no liability for any harm resulting from your publication or use of generated content.

Free trial

ASGRID is currently in free trial. The free trial includes full access to the service at no cost. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the free trial at any time with notice. Free trial accounts are not auto-renewed.

Payment and billing

ASGRID is currently free. A future paid tier may be introduced. When a paid tier launches, all pricing, billing terms, and subscription details will be clearly stated. You will not be charged without your explicit consent.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You can delete your account at any time by contacting hello@asgrid.com. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

For free users, ASGRID’s total liability is limited to USD $100, or the maximum amount permitted by law. In no case are we liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of ASGRID constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
