**Account Creation:**

**Billing:**
- Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Prices subject to change with 30 days' notice
**Payment Methods:**
- Credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods
- Processed securely through third-party payment processors
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
**Refunds:**
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds within first 30 days
- No refunds after 30 days of annual subscription purchase
- Free trial users receive full refund if cancelled during trial
**Cancellation:**
- Cancel anytime through account settings
- Access continues until end of paid period
- No automatic refunds upon cancellation

**Content Ownership:**
- You own all content you create with ASGRID
- AI-generated content based on your inputs belongs to you
- You grant ASGRID a license to process and store your content to provide the Service

## 7. Social Media Platform Connections
**Authorization:**
- You authorize ASGRID to access your social media accounts via OAuth
- We can post, schedule, and manage content on your behalf
- You remain responsible for all content published through ASGRID
**Platform Compliance:**
- You must comply with each platform's terms of service (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Violations of platform policies may result in account suspension
- ASGRID is not responsible for platform policy changes or enforcement
**Revocation:**
- You can revoke ASGRID's access through platform settings or ASGRID dashboard
- Revocation prevents ASGRID from publishing future content
- Already scheduled posts may be cancelled
**Platform Limitations:**
- API rate limits may restrict posting frequency
- Platform outages are beyond ASGRID's control
- Feature availability depends on third-party APIs

## 8. Acceptable Use Policy
**You agree NOT to:**
**Prohibited Content:**
- Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Spam, phishing, or malicious content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Adult content, violence, or graphic material (except where permitted by platforms)
- Misleading or false information
**Prohibited Activities:**
- Circumvent or abuse platform rate limits
- Share accounts or transfer access without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
- Use automated bots beyond ASGRID's functionality
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
**Consequences:**
- Immediate account suspension
- Termination without refund
- Legal action if necessary
- Reporting to authorities for illegal activity

## 9. Intellectual Property

- All rights, title, and interest in ASGRID belong to PUBLICORA
- Our trademarks, logos, and brand assets are protected

- Content generated by AI based on your inputs belongs to you

**Feedback:**
- Any feedback or suggestions you provide become our property
- We may use feedback without compensation or attribution

## 10. Limitation of Liability
**To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law:**
- ASGRID is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
- We are not liable for deleted, lost, or incorrectly posted content
- We are not responsible for third-party platform actions or outages
- We are not liable for business losses, revenue loss, or opportunity costs
**Our Total Liability:**
- Limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- Applies to all claims arising from your use of ASGRID
- Excludes consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
**Exceptions:**
- Liability cannot be limited for gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties
